Artisan Gates – Spitalfields Market

We won a competition by Fosters & Partners to design, build and install some gates for the Bishops Gate Development in Spitalfields. Ironically perhaps our forge had actually been along the street from these gates but we had to move out because of the development. Although we still had our furniture shop in the Old Spitalfields Market (OSM) side at this point. (We used to design and make a lot more furniture and lighting in those days. Not long after we had to move out from OSM for the Ballymore development of OSM, but we won the contract for the 8 sets of gates for OSM)

Installed in 2005 we are pleased to say Spitalfields Management, CBRE, are still very happy.
