Balcony Canopy

Balcony Canopy is a doc with explanation. The estate management firm wanted something that looks like it had always been there. Perhaps the most interesting part is the part you can not see. Our structural engineer was saying not to even put a plant pot on that balcony so the canopy is supported by going through the wall of the floor above and clamping to the floor joists. The legs apparently supporting the canopy are purely decorative and barely touch the balcony. The management appreciated that we not only provided proofs that the balcony was unsafe but had a solution ready to make things work.
